Meet Dr. Anna Moorhead

Dr. Anna Moorhead is originally from Columbia, SC. She completed her undergraduate degree at Clemson University before earning her Doctorate in Dental Medicine (DMD) from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2016. Upon graduation, Dr. Anna Moorhead commissioned as an officer in the United States Army, rising to the rank of Major. She completed her residency training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, WA from 2017-2021. Prior to joining AOMS, she served as Chief of the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Winn Army Community Hospital in Hinesville, GA. Dr. Anna Moorhead is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. She is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and looks forward to serving the community that she and her husband now call home.
