Financial Information

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at Elmhurst Office Phone Number 630-941-3400. Many times, a simple telephone call can clear up any misunderstandings. We also offer third party financing through CareCredit.
Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect payments made by your insurance company during that time period, as it may also be necessary for you to contact your insurance to elicit a response. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid its portion is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan, but that must be implemented prior to any actual procedures.

Failed or Missed Appointments

We will make every effort to confirm your scheduled appointment by phone, email, and or text message as a courtesy to you. However, please understand that our office reserves the right to charge for missed appointments or appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice.
Dental Implants

Feel and Function Like Natural Teeth

Using the most recent advances in dental implant technology, Drs. Dohse, Wolf and Garrett are able to place single stage implants. These implants do not require a second procedure to uncover them, but do require a minimum of six weeks of healing time before artificial teeth are placed. There are even situations where the implant can be placed at the same time as the tooth extraction – further minimizing your number of surgical procedures. For years I’d felt like a part of my body was missing — because my teeth were.
